Mohamed Agamia has more than 20 years experience in software development of risk management
systems, valuation of financial instruments and cash flow modeling for banks and insurance
companies. He is involved in numerous projects in the banking insurance in the role of a project
team leader and architect, like the development of trading platforms for bonds and credit default
swaps or valuation systems for project finance.
Beside his experience in the financial industry Mohamed Agamia worked as a trainer for renowned service companies and training organizations in the areas CAD, database management, facility management, process visualization and programming.

Dr. Dominik Dersch, PRM, Board Member, Managing Director and Founder
Dr. Dominik Dersch holds more than 25 years professional experience in academic research and
the commercial world. 20 years of it are in the financial industry – investment banking, asset management and
the hedge fund and energy industry. He consults investors as well as governments (Vietnam & India) and project developers.
Before founding Matobis he held the position of a director, quantitative cross asset research at UniCredit in Munich. His main focus is in the area
of risk management, project finance, financial modelling, feed-in tariff schemes, hedging, structuring asset management and portfolio optimization.
Since 2004 he is a certified professional risk manager (PRM) of the Professional Risk Managers International Association (PRMIA). Dr. Dersch was board member of PRMIA (2011-2014) and founding and acting Regional Director of the Munich PRMIA chapter (2004-2017).
Dr. Dominik Dersch studied physics, received his doctorate in artificial intelligence (theoretical bio-physics) in Munich and completed a post-doctorial training at the University of Sydney.
He studied and researched at the TU and LMU in Munich, the Max-Plank Institute for Bio-Chemistry and Extraterrestrial Physics in Munich, the Laue-Langevin Institute in Grenoble, France and the University of Sydney, Australia. Dominik presented on international conferences and authored and co-authored numerous journal and conference papers. He published in areas like artifical intelligence financial time series analysis and prediction, asset allocation, the financial crisis, medical image processing, pattern recognition, automatic speech, speaker and accent recognition and dermatoscopy.
